WOW! Simply WOW! Such an AMAZING book!!!



FINALLY a brilliantly written adult contemporary book in this FSoG-frenzy that's so popular nowadays! Beauty from Pain flips the bird to all the Fifty Shades-wannabes out there and shows everyone what a perfect book has to have!

Jack Henry McLachlan - winemaking magnate, billionaire and Australia’s most eligible bachelors. He doesn't like anything complicated, especially when it comes to relationships, so he chooses his companions only for 3-4 weeks and requires to "play" by his rules: no real names needed, no strings attached. Everything is plain and simple, UNTIL - of course - he meets a girl who is anything like his previous female company.



Laurelyn Prescott comes to Australia for three months. She is a musician, she is an independent and strong female lead in the story, who doesn't put up with Jack Henry's "rules". Loved her!

They had such a great chemistry together!!! And the characters are truly brilliant! Jack Henry was really loving and caring even if he was posessive and just a typical male. :D You can't help but fall in love with him!



Not saying more because I don't want to spoil the story for you, but seriously, READ THIS BOOK!!! Like, yesterday!

Annnd what's ever better, we get to read the story from both Jack's and Laurelyn's POV! And did I mention the book takes place in Australia's vineyards! It's really amazing!

Well done, Georgia Cates, well done!



The book ends in a kind-of cliffhanger, so it's good if you have the next book prepared already! Just saying! :D
